How we Serve
We don’t just do it- we strategically plan it and then do it
The bad news is that the natural disaster business is with us to stay for a while. Weather-related disasters, in particular will pose serious challenges, not only for the disaster relief industry, but for development agencies, and their funding sources as well. While many heroic efforts are being made to provide the hardware and financing of disaster relief, humanitarian aid, and development guidance, the capacity of natural disasters to erase those gains remains a sobering reality.
By creating a culture of prevention in disaster preparedness and resilience training for local leaders, communities, and volunteers, GR3 seeks to break the cycle of repeating destruction by empowering local communities with life-sustaining knowledge and skill. In doing so, GR3 can better safeguard the enormous investments made by both the disaster relief and development communities.
